- 국립군산대학교 ONSE대학 IT융합통신공학과 홈페이지 방문을 환영합니다.
- 제4차 산업혁명기를 맞이하여 지능화 기술, 유/무선통신, 인터넷 관련 SW/HW 기술, 네트워크, 5G 이동통신 및 IoT(사물인터넷) 기술을 기반으로 통신기술과 IT기술이 융합된 산업이 만들어지고 있습니다. 기계 및 자동차, 건축, 환경, 가전, 공장, 사회 모든 분야에 IT융합에 의한 인공지능 기술이 적용되고 있습니다. 이러한 시대적 상황에 맞추어 해당분야에서 능력을 발휘할 수 있는 창의융합적 전문인력 양성을 위해 각종 IT 관련 SW/HW와 통신기술의 기본 이론을 바탕으로 다양한 실무형 실험/실습 교과목을 개설하고, 기초교과목부터 심화 전공교과목까지 체계적인 이수체계를 갖도록 하며, 종합설계 과목을 통해 자기주도적으로 능동학습을 실시하며 시대에 걸맞는 고급기술인력 양성을 지향하고 있습니다. 1973년 학과가 설립되어 이 지역 통신기술 발전에 중추적인 역할을 다해 왔으며 산업환경 변화에 맞게 교육과정을 개편하였습니다.
- 2015년도부터 워싱톤 어코드에 따른 공학교육인증 체제로 변모하였으며 2019년도 평가에서 IT융합통신공학 심화프로그램의 인증을 획득하였습니다. 이로써 수요자 지향 교육체제를 확립하고 산학협력 교육을 통해 Global Standards를 만족하는 전문 인력을 배출하게 되었습니다. 또한, 전라북도에서 지원하는 ICT특성화취업연계형지원사업에 선정되어 장학금 지원과 취업연계 교육을 실시하고 있으며, 다양한 교내외 장학금, 시설확충, 교육조교 지원에 의해 보다 우수한 공학교육을 실시하고 있습니다.
- IT융합을 요구하는 산업환경에서 IT융합통신공학을 공부하여 개인의 발전에 보탬이 될 것으로 믿으며 또한 지역사회 및 국가사회 발전에 기여할 것으로 믿습니다.

- Welcome to homepage of the Department of IT and Communication Convergence Engineering, College of ONSE, Kunsan National University.
- In the era of the 4th industrial revolution, new advanced industry based on IT and communication convergence has been emerged by utilizing intelligence technique, wire/wireless communication, Internet SW/HW, networking, 5G mobile communication and IoT techniques. Artificial intelligence techniques are widely adopted in most of industries such as machinery, automobile, architecture, environment, electronics, smart society and factories. To meet the demands of the times, our department aims at cultivating highly skillful engineers with suitable subjects of IT-related SW/HW, communication theory and practical experiments, providing systematic learning strategy from elementary to advanced and to final capstone project that can be managed by self-initiated active learning.
- Since the opening in 1973, the department has given an effort to improve the system that contributes to the regional society by upgrading its curriculum. In 2015, we restructured the educational system to introduce engineering education accreditation of Washington Accord who finally approved the IT Convergence and Communication Program in 2019. Thus, we are capable of providing demand-driven education system that meets the global standards.
- We also have been granted Jeonbuk province funding ICT Specialized Job-relation project that provides scholarship and job-matching activities. Students also have opportunities of getting various scholarships, facilities, labs, and teaching assistants, We believe that our program will contribute to the development of individuals by studying IT Convergence and Communication Eng. in the IT convergence society, and it will also contribute to the development of the local community and the national society.

IT융합통신공학심화 프로그램은 사회환경 변화에 능동적으로 대처하고 산업체 및 사회에서 자신의 역량을 한껏 발휘하는 인재를 양성하기 위해 다음과 같은 교육목표를 설정하고 있다.
- • IT융합 소프트웨어 및 하드웨어, 통신 및 기초과학 등에 관한 기본소양을 갖춘 창의형 인재 양성
- • IT융합통신 자료 또는 기술을 종합/분석/응용하여 주어진 과업을 수행하는 문제해결형 인재 양성

Educational Objectives
The IT Convergence Communication Engineering Advanced Program sets the following educational objectives to actively respond to changes in the social environment and to cultivate talents who fully demonstrate their capabilities in industry and society
- • Cultivating creative talents with basic knowledge on IT convergence software and hardware, communication and basic science
- • Cultivating problem-solving talents who perform given tasks by analyzing/synthesizing/applying IT convergence communication data or technology
- • Cultivating community service talents with healthy work ethics and social etiquette to be equipped as industry employees
