아래와 같이「2023년 gks 외국인 우수 자비 장학생」을 모집하오니 외국인 유학생들의 적극적인 참여 부탁드립니다.

we are recruiting scholarship students for 2023 gks foreign excellent self-sufficient international student support as below, please give us a lot of interest and participate.

1. 대상: 국내 대학(전문대학 포함) 학부 과정에 재학 중으로 2학기 이상을 수료한 외국인 자비유학생

※ 우수 자비 장학금 2회(2년) 수혜자는 지원 불가

1. check eligibility

① self-sufficient foreign students who are enrolled in their second year or higher undergraduate degree at a domestic university (including junior college) based on the academic year of application

- holders of foreign nationality managed by the university as a foreign student

※ transfer students can apply if they have studied at a domestic university for more than 1 year (2 semesters)

※ excluding students who have only registered without obtaining credits, graduate programs, and cyber university students

※ recipients of similar scholarships provided by the korean government, universities, or other institutions (meaning those who receive living expenses and the amount exceeds 500,000 won per month on average) are excluded.

② those who have averaged over 80 points out of 100 during the entire school year

③ students with an average grade of 80 points or higher out of 100 points in the previous semester

※ grades are entered on a scale of 100 points (if there are only grades on the tranx-x-script, the university representative records the converted score and affixes a confirmation seal or signature). applicants with a rounded score of 80 cannot apply.

④ those with topik level 4 or higher

※ 2023.3.1. standard, limited to topik tranx-x-scripts valid within 2 years 

2. 선발인원: 250명(대학별 20명 이하 추천)

2. scale of support: 250 foreign students (varies according to budget) 

3. 장학금액: 연간 500만원(월 50만원)

3. scholarship: 5,000,000 won per year (500,000 won per month)

4. 장학기간: 2023.3.~ 2023.12.(10개월)

4. application period: 2023.3.~ 2023.12.(10 months)

5. 주요사항

- 한국어능력시험(topik) 말하기평가 4급 이상 취득자 일괄 3점 가산점 부여('22년 3월 행정예고 사항)

5. remarks

- applicants who have level 4 or higher in the korean language proficiency test (topik) speech x-x-evaluation will be given 3 additional points.
