우리 연구실은 해양생물, 특히 경제적 가치가 높은 수산양식생물을 숙주로 하는 공생 및 기생 생물을 연구하고 있습니다. 주요 연구 분야는 기생생물의 동정과 분류, 분리 및 배양, 그리고 이들이 숙주 생물에 미치는 병리학적 영향 분석입니다.
또한 해상풍력과 수산업의 공존을 위한 융합기술을 개발하고 있으며, 이를 바탕으로 새로운 수산업 혁신 모델과 기후위기 대응형 수산양식 기술을 연구하고 있습니다.
